Ovid allows users to select various exporting file formats. Some of those formats include:

Follow these steps to export individual citations:
1. Select the appropriate articles you wish to export. You can select one or several. Then you will click on "Export" in the top right corner.
2. A new window will pop up. Here you can select your file format and what you wish to export. You can also change the fields you wish to export. The default field is "Citation" it is recommended to export "Complete Reference". Then click "Export"
That's it! You should have successfully exported the citation(s).
Follow these steps to export projects:
1. Once you're in the project you wish to export, you will check "Select all". Then you will click on "Export" in the top right corner.
2. A new window will pop up. Here you can select your file format and what you wish to export. You can also change the fields you wish to export. The default field is "Citation" it is recommended to export "Complete Reference". Then click "Export"
That's it! You should have successfully exported the project.
Follow these steps to export complete search results:
1. Once you have the created and ran the search you wish to export, you will check "All" to select all search results. Then you will click on "Export" in the top right corner.
2. A new window will pop up. Here you can select your file format and what you wish to export. You can also change the fields you wish to export. The default field is "Citation" it is recommended to export "Complete Reference". Then click "Export"
That's it! You should have successfully exported all your results.
