•  Skills Videos - This is collection of short video tutorials from Wolters Kluwer. You can find videos on using subject headings, creating an advanced search, and many more topics.
• Ovid Training Videos - These are official training videos created by Wolters Kluwer. The videos can range from 2-15 minute long. They're also organized by experience level, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. 

Need extra help? Schedule an appointment with our librarians. Librarian assisted searches require an appointment with a reference librarian and lasts approximately an hour. These sessions can be catered to fit various needs. 

Some examples of the assistance librarians can provide include:

• Identifying keywords and controlled vocabulary
• Understanding and using Boolean operators
• Guiding a literature search for a coursework
• Assistance with citation management systems (i.e. RefWorks, Covidence) and other research tools
• Understanding what databases and other resources the library has available and how to use them

How to Schedule an Appointment

Appointments are available Monday - Thursday, 9AM-5PM and Friday, 9AM-4PM. Please note, same-day appointments are difficult to accommodate. If possible, request your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are offered at no cost.
