Sharing

Zotero allows files to be shared within Groups. To create a group:

 - create the group. You can do thsi one of two ways:

- Click on File → New Library → New Group

- Click on Groups → New Group

 - You will be given options for privacy settings on the next page.

 - Next, click "Member Settings," and you can add email addresses of the people you'd like to join the group. 

 - Add items to your new, shared Collection. If you are using the desktop version, you can use Control A (PC) or Command A (Mac) to move an entire existing folder. If you are using the online version, you have to move the items individually.
