PubMed

There are many ways to refine your search results in the PubMed database, including patient age or sex, article type, and publication year.   The first image in the left hand column shows publication date by year, and you can limit to a specific date range by using the radio buttons underneath.

"English language" is a popular option and is available towards the bottom of the left filter.

More options to filter are available under Additional Filters, towards the bottom of the left hand column. 

Once you click on Additional Filters, you will see this screen, with many more filter options.
