It offers full-text access to a substantial portion of the most frequently cited journals in the CINAHL index, surpassing other databases. 1. Go to CINAHL on the library's homepage.
2. In the CINAHL database click "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner.
3. Under the login screen click the "Create one now" link to create a new account.
4. Complete the registration form.

How to Save Your Search History/Create an Alert
Follow the steps below to save your search history to return to your results. You can create alerts to receive email updates.
- Complete a search on your research topic. Now you are ready to save your search history.
- Click "Search History" under the search box, and select a search or multiple searches you would like to save.
- Then click "Save Searches/Alerts."
- If you have not logged in to your EBSCO account in CINAHL. You will be prompted to login.
- Name your search and select from the options to save as a permanent search or an alert. (Note: If you select to save as an alert additional options will appear. Complete the options listed under alert and click "Save.")
Retrieve Your Search Results/Alerts
- To return to your saved searches, log in to your account.
- Click the "Search History" link under the search box.
- Click the "Retrieve Searches" link to return to your saved searches. Click "Retreive Alerts" to return to your alerts.
- RSS feed URLs are also available when you create an alert.
