You need to create a personal account on a desktop/laptop before you can download the app.
On your mobile device you can the app - or you can use the library's links to access VisualDx! Just access the library webpage from any modern web browser on your mobile device. In fact, the mobile-friendly site looks identical to the app.
You will still need an internet connection to use the app. The content does not download to your device.
An additional benefit of registering for an account is that it allows you to earn CME credits when you are logged into your account.
Step 1: Access VisualDx from the library's Databases A-Z list: VisualDx
Step 2: click on "Create a Personal Account" (towards the bottom of the screen)
Step 3: provide the information required (name, email, etc.)
- if you have already downloaded the app, you can now sign in via the app
- if you have not downloaded the app, do so now and either sign in or scan the QR code on this page.
- you will also get an email with a link to sign in to an app on a mobile device
That's it! You should have full access via the VisualDx app!
